Mikrofyn develops, manufactures and supplies laser levelling and alignment equipment for the construction and agricultural industries. The current product range consists of Rotating Lasers for both level and gradient applications, visible beam IR Pipe Laying Lasers together with a range of automatic and manual Machine Control Equipment for Excavators, Graders, Dozers and Paving Machines. Mikrofyn requires a laser target solution with special optical properties.

 

The solution chosen for Mikrofyn is a red Solaris™ DS filter, which diffuses the laser beam, which is almost invisible in air, and creates a bright visible spot on the target surface. Furthermore, by choosing a red filter adapted to the specific laser wavelength, contrast between the illuminated spot, which must be clearly visible, and the surrounding dark area is maximised.

 

In addition, the Solaris™ DS filter is silkscreen printed giving it the looks of a laser target.

 

The customer benefits from a high quality and ready to use solution with emphasis on the functional qualities. The readability of the laser beamer is improved and is therefore clear and easy to spot. As a result, it is easy to work with, even under harsh conditions, and the customer’s work processes are optimised.
