Production Capabilities

PSC operates its production facilities from Brønderslev in Denmark and with the production close to the rest of the organisation, it is possible to ensure a high quality and flexibility. Especially due to the close cooperation between Development and Research, Production and Sales.

Casting high quality PMMA

PSC has its own casting facility manufacturing acrylic of superior optical quality. Being a manufacturer, we can offer our customers maximum flexibility and availability with regard to colours and thicknesses.

Surface treatment

No series are too small or too big for PSC and with our know-how about surface treatments and production facilities, we are able to offer a very broad range of surface treatments, including non-glare, AR, AFP and hard-finish.

Mechanical processing

Cutting, sawing and milling from plastic sheet to display window. We posses the newest technology in plastics processing ensuring maximum flexibility, quality and delivery reliability.

PSC has developed a pre-cut technique which divides the surface of the acrylic sheet into identical dimensions. This makes it possible to produce a series of identical filters on one acrylic sheet. A fine bevelled groove is milled between the individual filter sections, which can then easily and precisely be snapped apart from each other.

Solaris™ optical filters are often an integral part of the total design and function, and according to the customer’s specifications, PSC supplies the complete ready-to-install front panel, machined and with silk screen printing, if required.
